Free Hair
I have the best hairdresser in NYC. But she charges what a woman making three times what I make could comfortably afford and is taking maternity leave right now. So I signed up for a free cut at a high-end studio. It's not too bad. Perhaps next time I'll try cutting it myself?

am already thinking of all the fun-free-ness we will have.
when we were kids cutting our own hair was an act of freedom or maybe it was defiance since scissors were also taboo. I think it still has that same feeling-I cut mine a couple weeks ago-your hair looks great.
